In consideration or the acceptance of the right to participate, entrants, participants and spectators by execution of this entry form, release and discharge the Mt. Harmony Baptist Church of Mableton Ga and their directors, officers, employees, agents, representatives and servants, and anyone else connected with management of presentation of the Mableton Meet Your Neighbors from any and all known or unknown damages, injuries, losses, judgements and/or claims from any causes whatsoever that may be suffered by the entrant to his person or property. Further, each entrant expressly agrees to identify all foregoing entities, firms, persons and bodies of any and all liability occasioned or resulting from the conduct of entrants of any participants assisting or cooperating with entrants and under the direction or control of entrant.
